1. Who you are buying from

You buy subscriptions from ServSafe Practice Exam, run by The ServSafe Practice Team.

Payments are processed by PayPal, so we do not see or store your card number.

PayPal receipts are from Everyn Technologies Pty Ltd, the business name on the PayPal account.

2. What stays free

Topic quizzes are free. One Manager mock exam is free.

3. Fair use

To keep the question bank from being copied, an account can be served up to 600 questions in any 24 hours. If you reach that limit, you can start again once the oldest exam of that day is 24 hours old.

4. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Each plan renews every month until you cancel.

• Manager Plan: $6.99 a month, for ServSafe Manager. 7 more timed 90-question mock exams, on top of the free one, plus a printable PDF pack stamped with your email address.
• Food Handler Plan: $2.99 a month, for ServSafe Food Handler. 8 timed 40-question mock exams, plus a printable PDF pack stamped with your email address.
• Allergens + Alcohol Plan: $2.99 a month, for ServSafe Allergens and ServSafe Alcohol. 6 timed 40-question mock exams, 3 for each exam, plus a printable PDF pack stamped with your email address.

5. How plans renew

Each plan charges again at the end of each month until you cancel. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.

You can cancel in one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.

6. When your subscription starts

A subscription starts as soon as the payment goes through.

7. Refunds

We do not refund past months. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the month you paid for. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live. Our Refund Policy has the details.

8. Your account

A subscription belongs to the account you bought it with and is for one person. Please do not share your login or your PDF pack. We may close an account that is shared or used to copy content from the site in bulk.

9. What we do not promise

ServSafe Practice Exam helps you practice for the ServSafe exams, but we cannot promise that you will pass one or get a certificate. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Restaurant Association, and our questions are not the official exam questions. A subscription here does not include a ServSafe course, exam or certificate.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
